KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION FOR 2013

Kindergarten 2013-14 will register on April 17, 2013.  Please pre-register your child by filling out the pre-registration form that has been sent home, by sending an e-mail to hackettl@washboroschools.org, or by phone (908-689-0091), fax (908-689-8273). 

Vaccination Information
The State of New Jersey now requires all students born on or after January 1, 1997 and entering grade six to receive a booster dose of diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis vaccine(Tdap) as well as one dose of Meningococcal vaccine. All students are required to have both immunizations before September 1, 2013 in order to enter sixth grade. Please provide the health office with documentation as soon as they are received. If your child is entering 6th grade and turns 11 after September, please call the Health Office.
