I am Frank Esposito, and I am honored to serve as the Superintendent of Washington Borough School District!  With a robust background in educational leadership and a passion for fostering inclusive, innovative learning environments, I am committed to guiding our district towards excellence.

Vision and Leadership

Throughout my career, I have championed initiatives that bridge academic achievement with real-world impact. From leading adaptive equipment projects for students with special needs at Union County Magnet High School to pioneering Project Based Learning with technology infusion through Backward Design Unit Planning, my focus has always been on creating meaningful, engaging educational experiences.  As a former Director of Curriculum & Instruction, I will leverage my experiences to ensure all students of Washington Borough get the resources needed to succeed.  By leveraging Federal and State funding, our team is poised assist our students to reach their goals!

Trust is the cornerstone of my leadership philosophy. I believe in the power of consistent, transparent communication and the importance of every stakeholder's voice. By fostering an environment where trust and collaboration thrive, we empower our educators to innovate and our students to excel.

In our fast-paced digital age, effective communication is vital. By leveraging our newly implemented technology we aim to keep our faculty, staff and community connected, informed, and engaged. Our initiatives, such as this new website, social media channels and class dojo or other messaging platforms, ensure that every message is heard and valued.
